Roman chamomile is a perennial plant with small white and yellow flowers that are commonly dried and steeped to make herbal tea. Roman Chamomile can often be found in face creams, hair dyes, shampoos, and perfumes. This essential oil has a sweet, delicate, herbal aroma and Its warmth and gentleness can help create a relaxing and calming atmosphere.
- Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Do not use essential oils undiluted.
- Avoid exposure of applied area(s) to the sun.
- If accidental ingestion occurs, seek urgent medical attention.
- If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner.
- If you have epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- If you have broken, irritated, or sensitive skin, do not use this product. If you experience nausea, dizziness, headache, or an allergic reaction, discontinue use.

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.

Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil.

Direct inhalation: Apply 1 — 6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a handkerchief/tissue and inhale occasionally. Up to 3 times per day.

Steam inhalation: Add 3 — 12 drops of undiluted essential oil to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5 to 10 minutes. Up to 3 times per day.
