During Checkout you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping, and handling charges, in Canadian dollars before you place your order. Your credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars according to the charges displayed during Checkout.

You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can also view tracking information if you have an account with us. once you log in to My Account and select Order History & Tracking you will find out the status of your order. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery schedule above, please contact our Customer Experience team at .....

 

Returns

You may return your essential oils if only the bottle is sealed. Any open bottle is not returnable. We also offer returns on essential oils and blends due to fault of us in packaging or labelling.

Other products have a 14-day return/exchange policy. Return shipping charges are buyers’ responsibility. Gift cards are non-returnable items. To complete your return, you must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Diffusers warranty is valid for 1 year from original date of purchase.  Please refer to the instruction manual included with your diffuser for important care and maintenance information. Mistreatment or Improper cleaning may void warranty. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days, if you are approved.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, you may first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
