You may return your essential oils if only the bottle is sealed. Any open bottle is not returnable. We also offer returns on essential oils and blends due to fault of us in packaging or labelling. There is never any guarantee on medications or holistic remedies. Other products have a 14-day return/exchange policy. Return shipping charges are buyers responsibility Gift cards are non-returnable items. To complete your return, you must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Diffuser warranty is valid for 1 year from original date of purchase.  Please refer to the instruction manual included with your diffuser for important care and maintenance information. Mistreatment or Improper cleaning may void warranty.  Use must only use 100% natural essential oil or blends.  You must provide your original purchase receipt. In the event of warranty claim or return, a copy of the purchase receipt will be required.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days, if you are approved.
